" Panchavati was Rama's forest hermitage, a sacred grove of five ancient trees where ahimsa, wisdom, and seva found a home. We have brought that same spirit to the soil of Texas.

In Celina, Texas, we are building something with the same soul: a living campus where organic farming, a cow sanctuary, Vedic education, healing arts, and community converge into a single, breathing whole. Each entity feeds the next. By design, not accident.

The name Panchavati requires no explanation for those who know. For those who don't, it simply evokes what it is: a lush, purposeful grove.

Seven entities.
One living campus.

Each entity is independently governed but connected through shared land, shared mission, and a formal commitment to fund the cow sanctuary through a percentage of commercial revenue. Not charity.

"The more one entity grows, the more all others grow with it."

Celina, Texas โ€”
Collin County's frontier.

On the active growth edge where Frisco's northward expansion meets open Texas prairie, we are establishing a campus that DFW has never had, and that no competitor can replicate.

Our land in Celina, Texas. 30 miles north of Frisco, in the heart of the fastest-growing corridor in the United States.

"I have spent decades building businesses. Now I want to build something that outlives me โ€” a place where our values, our food, and our community thrive on Texas soil, without compromise."

Viswanath Eranki brings decades of business leadership to a vision he has spent years designing from first principles. Panchavati is not a passion project. It is the convergence of business discipline, spiritual purpose, and a market opportunity that no one else is addressing.

DFW is home to 300,000 families who want organic heirloom produce, a cow sanctuary, a Vedic school, a sattvic restaurant, and a cultural home. Panchavati is being built to be all of that, with the commercial engine to sustain it.
